It provides detailed guidelines, protocols, and best practices for setting up emergency operation centers during public health crises. The handbook covers a wide range of critical topics, including incident management, coordination, communication strategies, data collection and analysis, resource mobilization, and more. It serves as a vital tool for health officials, emergency responders, and other stakeholders involved in disaster preparedness and response.
